This new bar in Montreal may be the best gin bar in the city

The French bistro Licence IV, reopens as a new bar in the old city of Montreal and seeks to position itself as the best gin bar in the city.

This restaurant aims to please gin fans and turn their establishment as the favorite place for lovers of this spirit. Licence IV has a variety of more than 60 gins in its bar. To taste gin in all its forms a mixologist proposes different gin-based cocktails. Also, the menu will change every three months to offer different tasting experiences throughout the year.

Recently, the bistrot and bar celebrated their anniversary and for this purpose they launched 15 new cocktails, in addition to various novelties.

Licence IV also offers delicious meals to accompany your cocktail tasting. The kitchen focuses on French dishes made with local products from Montreal. So don’t hesitate to have a taste of their dishes and snacks for some delicious food pairing.
