A vodka bar opens on Icelandic glacier
It is a reality to taste Icelandic vodka in its country of origin on a glacier. Here you will enjoy the vodka on the rocks, something strange for some, but totally real special for the palate. Although you can still taste dry vodka to reheat your body in such low temperatures.
This frozen experience in the middle of nowhere is an adventure proposed by Reyka. In fact, the vodka creator provided specific coordinates to find the bar: 64.565653°N, -20.024822°W. In order to visit the bar, each participant had to apply as brand ambassador for an exclusive visit between 16 and 20 October. However, with these coordinates anyone can get to the place!
If you are interested in becoming an ambassador for the brand you can wait until the next opportunity Reyka proposes a new challenge. Just stay tuned through their website to stay up to date with the news.
Reyka vodka is a spirit distilled with water from Iceland, in the Arctic Circle. This is where Reyka has its distillery whose energy is produced by natural steam from hot springs. In addition, they employ volcanic filtration so that the entire Reyka process is natural.
