Italy. From Moscow to Milano cocktail by Paolo Viola

Paolo Viola worked in several renowned hotel establishments in Europe. The 5 stars Miramonti Majestic Grand Hotel located in Cortina D’Ampezzo in Northern Italy and the Rivoli Bar at The Ritz, are part of sites where Paolo exercised his talents. All these experiences made him to be recognized as a renowned mixologist at international level. He first launched Ritorno, the first London’s Aperitivo bar, then returned to Milan for other projects as that of Crudo Cocktail bar inside the Terrazza Calabritto Milano.

Paolo Viola shared with us a signature recipe. From Moscow to Milano is a delicious blend of Belvedere vodka infused with raspberries, the Italicus Rosilio di Bergamotto, sugar syrup and lime juice.

 

From Moscow to Milano

Ingredients

45 ml Belvedere vodka infused with raspberries

30 ml Italicus Rosilio di bergamotto

5 ml Amaro Lucano

15 ml lime juice

15ml Sugar syrup

 

Glass

Martini

 

Preparation

Make a mixture of the diverse ingredients in a shaker. Shake and serve. Perfume with the Sicilian orange blossom.
