Non-alcoholic cocktails not only have little or no alcohol content, but many recipes also emphasize lightness over calorie levels.

The Dry January, this movement created in the United Kingdom seduces more and more consumers around the world. In France, for example, one in ten French people want to reduce their alcohol consumption without giving up their social life.

Bars are supporting this operation with cocktails that are just as fun as cocktails with alcohol.

In order to celebrate the last day of the dry month, we bring you the Gimlet Mocktail.
