Some things to know before about the reopening of bars in England from 17 May

Via BBC

Government is hoping to lift all restrictions from 21 June. So read carefully before attending your favorite beer gardens.

  • Pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants will be allowed to serve customers indoors and customers will be able to meet in groups of up to six peoples
  • Ordering food when drinking will still be a rule. Ordering at the bar in a pub will still not be permitted
  • Groups seated outside may have up to 30 people
  • Of course, social distancing measures and face covering with masks are rules that may still apply.

Don’t drink and drive. Enjoy responsibly.
