Crown Heights is home to this cocktail bar run by mixologist Claire Sprouse. Here the cocktail menu is as original as it gets. Ingredients vary from fermented cinnamon, cucumber seeds, sunflower seeds, turmeric, rubarb and grated grapefruit. In addition, to accompany your delicious libations, the kitchen directed by Krysten Brewer will serve you the ideal accompaniment. Open from early to 1 am.

3. Brooklyn Inn, for those looking for a neighborhood bar
An old neighborhood bar, up and running since 2019. He was close to closing in 2007 but thanks to his loyal neighborhood the bar is still with us today. An ideal place to taste beers in the afternoon and visit a place collated by the locals.

4. Le Boudoir, for those looking for a speakeasy bar
In Le Boudoir, you’ll transport yourself to the time of prohibition for its speakeasy concept, but you’ll transport yourself even more to the time of Marie Antoinette with her silver chalices, neoclassical paintings and a real doorknob from Marie Antoinette’s old room. Handmade cocktails, live music and djs to contrast the concept.

5. The Black Rabbit, for those looking for antiquity
19th century bar/restaurant where you can enjoy food, privatisations, fireplace, and beer garden. The bar opened however in 2007 and stands out for its cocktails as well.
