This twist on the Trinidad Sour cocktail is a creation of bartender Federico Capalbo. The cocktail was inspired on the Pink Flamingo, the mascot of Creps al Born bar in Barcelona.

 

Ingredients

Jamaican rum

Angostura bitter

Hibiscus liquor

Lime juice

Cotton candy on a side for garnish

Type of glass: coupe
