A cocktail based on rum by bartender Juan Coronado.

 

Pencantrophy Cocktail

2oz rum

.5oz cold brew coffee

.25oz pecan syrup

.25oz East India Solera Sherry

.25oz Fernet Branca

3 dashes créeme de Yvette

Method: stir all ingredients with plenty ice and strain into a rocks glass with a big ice cube, garnish with a fried pecan.
