His cocktail « These goes to eleven » is a tribute to Eleven experience but especially to the film Spinal Tap. He proposes a delicious daiquiri with some rum, lemon and Rhubarb bitters to enhance the taste. Has to have a rough time in the day and in the evening.

Bacardi
DeKuper Marasquin
Lime
Simple syrup
Salt solution
Rhubarb bitters
Glass
Cocktail glass
Side dish: edible flower
Preparation
Pay into a mixing glass a measure of bacardi and DeKuper maraschino. Add then the simple syrup, the Rhubarb bitters and the salt solution, press the lemon, mix and strain. Serve in a cocktail glass and garnish.
