Whiskey Sour Parmesan

I recently created a recipe with:

Bourbon and Parmesan syrup,

lime juice,

drop of Sour black salt solution.

 

Violent Poison

I qualified for Les Trophées du Bar with Poison Violent, cocktail tribute to Serge Gainsbourg. Selected for the French Final of the Trophées du Bar on May 7th

Ingredients

Rye Whiskey,

homemade ginger syrup,

China-China,

fresh mint,

passion fruit purée,

ginger beer.

Method: shake and top with ginger beer.

 

Don’t drink and drive. Enjoy responsibly.
