1. Espresso Martini
100 g of golden powdered sugar
100 ml Vodka
50 ml freshly prepared espresso coffee
50 ml coffee liqueur (we used Kahlua)
4 coffee beans (optional)
Ice cream
2. Garibaldi
1 0z Averna Amaro
1 0z Aged rum
1/2 oz John D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum
1/2 0z Fresh Lime Juice
1 dash Orange Bitters
1 splash S. Pellegrino
Garnish with flamed orange peel
3. Vodka Martini

3 oz vodka
5 dash vermouth dry (martini, noilly prat)
4. Caipirihna
Lime wedges
1 tsp sugar
2 oz of cachaca
Garnish with lime wheel

2 0z Malbec wine
1 oz lemon juice
1 0z ginger syrup (boil sugar, water, ginger)

Muddle 7 oz of sugar with:
1 oz of each:
orange,
grapefruit,
lemon peel,
1 1/2 oz Suntory Toki Whiskey
2 1/2 cups camomile tea
Fever tree Elderflower Tonic
Ground Pepper and Grapefruit Wedge for garnish
7. Signora Negroni – by Charles Schumann
2/3 oz of gin and Cocchi Vermouth
1/3 oz sake
Ice cubes
Top with 2/3 oz of foamy Campari shaken on ice
8. Edinburgh – by Riley Perrin
1 1/2 oz Monkey Shoulder scotch
0.5 oz Laphroaig 10 year whisky
0.5 oz Braulio Amaro
1 tsp of Honey Syrup (3:1 honey to water)
Salt flakes, ice.
9. An Old Pal
1 oz of each:
Rye whiskey
Dry vermouth
Campari
Garnish with lemon twist
Mix ingredients in a mixing glass, top with ice cube and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
10. Manhattan
2 oz Bourbon, whiskey
2 oz Vermouth rosso (martini, cinzano)
5 dash Angostura Bitters
