Rum cocktails for Summer Recipes
Mantuano Cobbler Flower
Ingredients
30 ml of Diplomático Mantuano
45 ml of fresh orange juice
10 ml of horchata
10 ml fresh lime juice
Type of glass: old fashioned
Garnish: orange quarter, pinch of mint, seasonal berries and edible flower.
Preparation: mix the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and muddle. Serve in the glass over crushed ice.
Planas Watermelon Frozen
Ingredients
150 ml of Planas Diplomático rum
500 grams of watermelon cut in pieces
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons of lime juice
10 ice cubes
Type of glass: cobbler / highball
Garnish: watermelon peel / lemon twist
Preparation: add crushed ice in the glasses. Shake the ingredients in a shaker and strain over the glass. Garnish.
