Introducing Pavlos Aslanidis and his Ambrosia cocktail. Former head bartender at 7 seas bar in Cyprus, he was a Bacardi Legacy finalist in 2018 and a Beefeater Mixldn 2018 global finalist.

Here is his signature recipe, the Ambrosia cocktail, consisting of gin, vermouth and sherry. A sophisticated cocktail served in a Nick & Nora glass.

 

Ambrosia cocktail recipe

5 ml of Gin

25 ml oTTos Athens Vermouth

20 ml Manzanilla Sherry

Glass: Nick & Nora

Garnish : lightly burnt rosemary

Preparation:

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, stir with a mixing spoon. Serve and taste.
