There are different versions of the vineyard cocktail recipe. We have revisited this cocktail recipe with young cognac and olives. This is how we will enjoy a cocktail that is both fruity and floral with citrus notes, partly thanks to lemon, but also thanks to olives as a garnish. Originally, the Viineyard recipe is served with two amarena cherries.

Vineyard Cocktail

Ingredients

1 oz of Cognac. For our personalized recipe we recommend Merlet cognac.

1/3 oz Guignolet

1/2 oz Pineau des Charents

0,15 oz Pernod Absinthe

1 lemon zest

Garnish: two skewed olives and a lemon zest.

Glass: Old fashioned

Preparation

Pour the ingredients directly into the serving glass filled with ice cubes and stir with the bar spoon. Squeeze a lemon peel over the glass, place it inside and decorate with the olives. Serve and enjoy.

Do not drink and drive. Enjoy responsibly.
