This German truffle gin directly from the Black Forest is produced by Boar Distillery.
“The truffle makes our gin softer, more velvety, eliminates all bitterness. We also add a little citrus, lavender, thyme, rose leaves, juniper, of course…. The exact composition is still obviously secret!”

Boar Gin comes in two presentations: Boar Gin and Boar Royal.
Boar Gin: a classic flavored gin, with ingredients grown in the Black Forest. Juniper, lavender, thyme and the special black truffle, added in a special phase of distillation.
Boar Royal: unlike the traditional Boar Gin, the Royal is different because it is a limited edition matured in barrels. Vanilla, wood notes, juniper, lavender and natural herbs from the Black Forest. It is recommended to taste it dry, or in a classic Dry Martini cocktail.
