At an event at the Peak Beer brewery in Sourdbrodt, both Didier Smeets, recognized master chocolatier of Belgium, and Peak presented the gastronomic delight created between them.
Both propose a black chocolate from Madagascar with a subtle touch of hops. In addition, praline chocolate chocolates, with a melted heart of reduced caramel with blueberry Peak beer as a base.
These new chocolates are available from both the Peak brewery and the Didier Smeets chocolate shop.
