Many will say to themselves why try a “‘non-alcoholic‘ alcohol?” The reality is that this is a trend that is evolving at a great pace, and that is why we introduce this ready-to-drink alcohol-free Gin Tonic.
The Canadian distillery NOROI created a ready-to-drink alcohol-free cocktail: Brise-Glace. A specific still allows to gather the aromas and complexity of a gin without the level of alcohol. We have seen it with other distilleries in the UK such as Seedlip, Silk Tree or Ceder’s in France.
With Brise-Glace, from NOROI distillery, there is no need to add lemon, yellow or green. In fact, the taste of citrus fruits is very well marked in this ready-to-drink drink. This product, recently launched in February, is gradually being rolled out in the SAQ liquor distribution centres.
Each package of 4 cans of 355 ml is available at a price of 9.80 Canadian dollars.
For more information about the product you can visit the NOROI distillery website.

A market in progress
According to IWSR, sales of non-alcoholic spirits should increase by 80% between 2018 and 2020 on the UK market. In contrast, in general, the market with little or no alcohol should grow by 39%. Ian Peart of Ceder’s points out that in one year its sales rose by nearly 400% and the sector reached £1 million this year.
Don’t drink and drive. Enjoy responsibly.
