FROSED – aromatic ice cream aroma with a fresh and lively glow
2 oz. Brockmans Gin
1 oz Rose liquor
¼ oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
125 grams. Sweet rosé wine
2 small scoops of crushed ice
Combine Brockmans Gin, rose liquor, lemon juice and rosé wine in a shaker with ice. Filter in a large wine glass filled with crushed ice.
You can also add all the ingredients in a blender with ice cubes and blend until the ice is crushed. Decorate with sweet or fresh rose petals.

PURPLE SPRING – a refreshing and sparkling light with unusual beet notes
2 oz. Brockmans Gin
2 oz. Beet juice
125 grams. Cider with wild berries
Add Brockmans and red beet juice to a shaker with ice. Shake and filter into a Copa stemmed glass (glass bowl) filled with ice. Garnish with wild berry cider and mix gently. Decorate with a very thin slice of dehydrated beetroot and edible flowers for a touch of spring.
