Curiosity combines sake nigori – a sweet cloud of traditional Japanese rice brewing – with rum syrup, almond milk, cinnamon and horchata (a spicy drink made with Mexican rice). It can be served hot or cold but given the recent snowfall, we recommend that you drink it hot.
As with all hot spirits, the beverage strikes your palate with extra punch, but it is tempered by the spices and creaminess of the drink. Served in a large cup, sip it slowly to feel your toes warm and your spine loosen.
