Australian distillery Never Never has received the honour of being ranked among the top 3 gin distilleries in the world by DRINKS international. Report hit.co.au
Never Never Distilling Co. moved from seventh place last year to number three this 2019. The Australian distillery expressed excitement about the news:
“To say we are overwhelmed is an understatement, especially considering the global giants (with marketing budgets to start with) that tend to dominate these lists. From our small team, thank you very much. Thanks to the bartenders and operators of the 100 best bars in the world (actually 127 this year) who vote on this list every year, and continue to support us with cocktail lists and recommendations. Obviously, we couldn’t do it without you.”
Never Never Distilling Co. is a distillery in South Australia. In its catalogue we can find Triple Juniper Gin, a gin that treats juniper in three different ways. 43% alcohol by volume, the clean, bright profile is maintained with intensity. It’s dry but shiny, so it will resist any tonic from Schweppes to Fever Tree. Put it in a Negroni adorned with cassia bark and you’ll see how it lights up. Or if you like this gin as much as we do, just sing its praises in a martini.
They also have a series called Dark Series, a process of creation and conception of gin prior to distillation, in which ideas are cooked around 3:00 in the morning and then test experiments are performed.
