This Saturday, November 27, 2021, Josephine Baker will be honored at 102 boulevard du Montparnasse to celebrate her grand entrance into the Pantheon.

For the grand return of its Paris Follies evenings, La Coupole welcomes Mélina Sadi, alias La Bâronne de Paname, the grande dame of Parisian nights, who made the whole of Paris dance to the rhythm of the Roaring Twenties. A temple of celebration, extravagance and refinement, La Coupole pays tribute to the personalities who have marked its history and plunges its happy guests into the middle of the 20th century.

After a dinner at the sound of artistic and musical highlights, rendez-vous from 10pm at the Dancing de la Coupole. On the program for these nights of immersive follies: DJ sets, jazz band, artistic happenings among dancers, dandies and other pin-ups.

The Paris Follies evenings will be taking place on November 27th and December 31st, from 10pm to 4am at the Dancing de La Coupole.

Recipe By Difford’s Guide

Ingredients

1 half shot of cognac

1 half shot of Tawny Port

1 shot Apricot Brandy Liqueur

1/4 shot sugar syrup

1 fresh lemon peel

1 fresh egg yolk

Type of glass: Martini Glass

Garnish: dust cinnamon powder

Preparation: shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
