From quinoa vodka to acai liqueur : in ten years, Alexandre Koiransky has succeeded in combining premiums and fair trade.

It all started in the United States, in the Chicago ghetto. Alexandre Koiransky was then selling cognac to African Americans, who made the great French brandy for tasting their emblem. And by rejecting whisky because it corresponds to the drink of the ruling class. “Selling bottles for $40 to people who couldn’t even afford a pair of shoes makes you think” he recalls.

So now is available, the idea of designing a high-end product for a clientele sensitive to the idea of sustainable development, based on a fair and equitable philosophy….
