The Fondation Martell foundation reopens its doors from April 4th

The Martell Foundation, the site of all contemporary creations, knowledge and actions, reopens its doors from 4 April to 3 November and announces its programme for the 2019 season.

Launched in 2016 in Cognac, the Fondation d’entreprise Martell develops a multidisciplinary program that promotes local, national and international collaborations through exhibitions, workshops, events, residences and more. A cultural and creative ecosystem, the Foundation is a window on the diversity of contemporary creation and a revelator of the talents and know-how of excellence.

After two years of foreshadowing marked by the projects of the French artist Vincent Lamouroux and then the Spanish architects SelgasCano, the Foundation opened the ground floor of its building to the public in 2018. A vast space of 900 m2 dedicated to immersive installations and new artistic productions conceived in dialogue with the place. On this occasion, the company Adrien M & Claire B presented a poetic, digital and interactive installation called The Shadow of Steam. Building on its success, the installations will reopen for the 2019 season.
