James Wood is known for restaurant owners of London whom he provides in ingredients as plants or vegetables. The young man of 27 is also at the head of his own company, Totally Wild, and has for ambition to lead raising awarenesses on the pickings in natural environment. Joined by a pool of experts, he crossed United Kingdom by dispensing trainings on the species of plants which can serve in the kitchen and those to avoid at all costs.

James Wood also teaches to inexperienced producers of vegetables, how to create special drinks from their pickings. It is thus possible to have mojitos with Artemisia, espresso with wild dandelion, or cocktails with elderflower margaritas. Totally Wild rates are 30 pounds the day and 10 pounds for evening classes.
