Rozelieures (Dugas) presents different whiskies with barley grown in a specific soil. Each whisky has been aged for three years, the first two expressions of which are called “les argileux” (clay) and “les limoneux” (silty) and each brings very different organoleptic characteristics.

  • Rum was also present at Whisky Live Paris: Renegade, Arhumatic, Neisson, La Mauny.

Nicknamed the rum of the geeks, Renegade (La Maison du Whisky) is the product of Mark Reynier’s experiments, where the distillery he founded in Waterford, Grenada, relies on local farms and cutting-edge technologies to produce these rums. For its part, Arhumatic (La Maison du Whisky) presented its latest version called Jamrock, limited to 1200 copies.

As for Neisson, one of the smallest Martinique distilleries, it launched Profil 62, a rum aged in wood for 12 months in new oak barrels, a very rounded rum at 49.2º (presented by ambassadors Eugénie Fromont and Léa Thibault).
