These Christmas meals go very well with certain drinks, from gin to cocktails. Find the best food pairings with Christmas dishes.

 

Shrimps/ prawns: a food that makes the task easier at Christmas and is a perfect entry. It is recommended to accompany them with a Gin and Tonic with a slice of grapefruit. The tonic in the cocktail will excite your taste buds and refresh your palate.

 

 

Christmas ham: vermouth, ginger ale. Low-alcohol drinks. This combination goes very well with a piece of orange as a garnish for the drink.

 

 

Baked vegetables: when you share with more than 4 people a punch resolves in quantities. Vegetables will go well with a rum and citrus fruit punch.

 

Mince pie: we recommend combining the spicy sweetness of meatloaf with the delicacy and fruity, woody side of a Brandy. A brandy that will also serve to create cocktails like a Sidecar and if we add an orange and cognac liqueur like Grand Marnier, it is perfect.

 

 

Gingerbread: for desserts, if you have a gingerbread you can taste a rich wine, like a Muscat. Rich and sweet, but serve with caution, about 30 ml will be enough.
