A tour of the UK to bring you some of the best cocktail bars in London and taste delicious drinks this season.

London was one of the first cities to open up after the pandemic. To show you that there is more than just pubs and breweries, we took inspiration from a long list in search of the best cocktail bars in London.

Here is a list of seven cocktail bars in London that are positioned, among many others, as the best.

Oblix East

Oblix is a complex with a bar (Oblix East) and restaurant (Oblix West) located in The Shard building. The bar offers panoramic views of London from Tower Bridge to Canary Wharf. Oblix has just launched a new cocktail menu with drinks such as blueberry Martini, white chocolate Piña Colada, banana Old Fashioned and beeswax barrel Negroni. And the accompanying snacks are very good if you don’t plan to dine in.

Where? The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London SE1

Le Bar At Louie

This is a Creole bar and restaurant that opened last year and is already known to many. The second floor of the restaurant teleports us back to New Orleans with all its details, from the staff’s attire to the decor. With a party until 2:00 am, Le Bar is a place to dress up and taste original cocktails such as the Crocopolitan (Bulleit bourbon and hibiscus) or the Kiki de Montpartnasse (champagne and vodka). According to the bar, the cocktails “celebrate the soul of New Orleans, the smoothness of Paris and the sass of a New Yorker.”

Where? 13-15 West Street, London WC2

KOL Mezcalería

Founded by Santiago Lastra (Noma Mexico) and MJMK Restaurants. Very representative of mezcalerías in Mexico, its style is based on the bars of Oaxaca and Guadalajara. Here you will find one of the largest selections of agave spirits in Europe, focusing mainly on mezcal.

Where? Seymour Street, London W1

Beaufort Bar

We are talking about the bar of The Savoy Hotel, surely one of the favorite night spots and where we find another of the best cocktail bars in London as the American Bar. A beautiful interior decoration accompanies the charming list of cocktails called “Interpreted Magic”, a journey through history and acts of magic in time. Also at the bar you can find a cocktail that The Savoy claims is the most sustainable cocktail in history, the Co-Naissance.

Amazónico

For the list of the best cocktail bars in London we add this South American inspired speakeasy that since the 2019 opening of their restaurant, they have recently opened the bar to the public. With an atmosphere inspired by the sea do not hesitate to taste the cocktail The Ritual, a version of the classic Manhattan.

The Nest

For rooftop lovers we bring you The Nest, located in the Treehouse London hotel in the Marylebone area. A beautifully designed place with 360º panoramic views over London and a luxurious jungle look… A place to listen to good music with live DJ and taste cocktails like the Snow Owl or the Carmine Bee Eater, recommended by GQ.

*Note: from 8pm it is reserved for hotel guests and their friends.

KWÃNT

Another bar with a speakeasy bar vibe in our countdown of best cocktail bars in London, opened by Sketch owner Mourad Mazouz and known for being one of the people behind London’s most iconic interior designs. In this speakeasy bar we find an ultra-luxurious vibe with excellent cocktails where the Negroni is done to perfection!
