Yago is the new cocktail bar located in the Parisian Pigalle district, one of the centers of the capital’s nightlife.

The bar offers an intimate atmosphere with a decor that pays homage to the Hostess Club type night bars, where in fact Yago has been built, in a former bar of this type.

Yago’s ex place was reconstructed from head to toe. At the entrance, we are greeted by a rose quartz bar imported from Italy. On the left we see a pole dance bar in front of a mosaic wall. Some vestiges of the old Hostess Club…

The main room is projected in a rectangular shape across the room. Equipped with a thick carpet with comfortable red velvet furniture and wallpaper on the walls. We found about 20 seats. And beyond that, the bathrooms are equally well decorated, with neon lights and seashell-shaped sinks.

Cocktails at Yago

Romane Gonzalez (bars Café Kitsuné and Le Perchoir) is in charge of shaking up the shakers behind the bar. At Yago they create versions of classic cocktails with a Japanese twist. From 14 euros, cocktails are blurred in a menu with erotic-maso illustrations: “Anata”, prepared from gin infused with jasmine, pear juice, lemon and champagne, or the “Paypay” based on whisky, matcha honey and yuzu.

To pair our cocktails, the menu proposes delicious dishes starting at 12 euros, such as sando prawns, yuzu, kosho; sea bream crudo, aji amarillo, and apple; toro tuna in sashimi with spiced miso. To taste while listening to music or on Thursdays during a burlesque show.

Rendez-vous at Yago at 25 rue Victor Massé, 9th arrondissement (75009), Paris.
