Simone Mina (Rome, Italy) is an ambassador bartender for the Botran Añejo rum brand and head of the bar in Ch 18 87 . He presents us his Rumbullon cocktail.

With Simone, we present the handcrafted cocktail he created, the Rumbullon, based on Botran rum and Clément Martinique rum.

Ingredients

4cl of Botran Reserva Blanca

2cl of Rhum Clément Blanc

1,5 cl of Martini Extra Dry

Filling: An olive with lemon peel

Type Glass

Martini glass

Preparation

To obtain a perfect result, put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and wait till they dissolve. Then you have only to serve in your glass garnished by three olives and why not, by a lemon peel. Enjoy!
