A little history of Old Fashioned
This cocktail has known its origins for a long time, its original recipe dates from 1806. It is known, however, that over the years it has changed its name and was originally known as Whisky Cocktail. And like its name, its original recipe has changed over time. Purists preach its preparation with rye whiskey, sugar syrup or gum syrup. However, the principle of alcohol, sugar, bitterness and an ice cube for the recipe remains.
Old Fashioned Cocktail with Kombucha
Ingredients
5 tablespoons ginger Kombucha
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons bourbon
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 large ice cube

Preparation
Add ginger kombucha, orange juice, bourbon and maple syrup in a mixing glass and mix ingredients with a mixing spoon. In the Old Fashioned glass add the ice cube. Add the mixture to the glass and the orange shell, and stir again. Taste.
