On Monday September 17th, at a Sydney cocktail and wine bar, Door Knock, the Japanese distillery Nikka will be launching their range of gin and vodka, the Nikka Coffey Gin and Nikka Coffey Vodka.

Naoki Tomoyoshi from the japanese group Asahi Premium Beverage International Headquarters, has taken this decision after having successfully promoted their whiskey brand on the oceanic country this same year. This time, is time for their continuous still crafted spirits to discover the Australian market.

The Nikka Coffey Gin includes various botanical extracts from traditional Japanese citruses: Yuzu, Kabosu, Amantsi and Shequasar. The 700 ml bottle contains a 47 per cent of ABV and is only available at selected premium stores. The beverage is also complemented with scented flavors and the aromas of berries, cilantro seeds, lemon and orange peel.

Moreover, their corn and barley distillated beverage includes a gentle spicy and sweet after taste. The 700ml Nikka Coffey Vodka contains a 40 per cent of ABV.

The launching event in Australia will gather two renowned Japanese bartenders, Rogerio Igarashi and Hisatsugu Saito, as special guests who will serve up a demonstration of cocktail making.
