As a reminder of the 1980s, we bring you this remix of the epic and classic song Take On Me de a-ha, by Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike.

To accompany it, he prepares a popular cocktail from the 1980s: the Jungle Bird, a Tiki cocktail because summer is still on somewhere.

 

Ingredients

7.5 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

60 ml pineapple juice

7.5 ml simple syrup

60 ml of rum

7,5 ml of Campari

Garnish

A large handful of mint for garnish

Preparation

Add all ingredients except mint in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds until well chilled. Add ice – preferably chopped – to the rock glass. Filter the preparation into the glass. Take the handful of mint and rub them to extract the oils. Finish by decorating the glass with the mint bouquet.
