Tom Collins
Ingredients:
- 2 oz of dry gin
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz of simple syrup
- Soda
- Ice cubes
Garnish: maraschino cherry and lemon slice.
Preparation:
Mix in a shaker containing ice, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake well so that everything is cold. Pour into a whiskey glass, add the soda, garnish and serve.
French 75
Ingredients:
- 1 oz of gin
- 2 oz of sparkling wine
- ½ oz of simple syrup
- ½ oz of lemon juice
- Ice cubes
Garnish: slice of lemon
Preparation:
Make a mixture of simple syrup, gin and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake to get a cool mixture. Pour into a glass of wine, add the sparkling wine and garnish.
Bee’s Knees
Ingredients:
- 2 oz of gin
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz of honey syrup
- Ice cubes
Filling : lemon peel
Preparation :
Make a mixture of ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake to cool the mixture, then filter into a chilled coupé glass and add the filling.
