But this is not a frivolous gesture, the proceeds from the purchase of this cocktail will benefit the families and children, of food and beverage service professionals who have been afected by life-changing circumstances, such as death or family injury.

The non-profit organization CORE is at the heart of this action. However, the cocktail will only be available between the 4th and 10th of June. If you are in Manhattan you can take advantage of visiting the Fine and Rare during Negroni Week taking place in the bar.
