Bacardi releases limited edition rum with Major Lazer
After several collaborations in recent years, from animated commercials with music by Major Lazer @majorlazer to other experiences, Bacardi decided to launch this limited edition. It will have the artist’s name on the label of the new rum.
Bacardi X Major Lazer Limited Edition will be released through Amazon in the UK starting in December. This rum, priced at £20, has been developed alongside the brand by the Diplo, Jillionaire and Walshy Fire trio.
The blend of this rum expresses the flavors of the Caribbean. It has a silky body and notes of tropical fruits, cedar, almonds and vanilla. In addition, its amber color will seduce the eye and when aged for three years it will not leave palates disappointed.
Major Lazer is characterized by mixing Caribbean sounds such as reggae, dancehall and afro beats. They mix these rhythms with modern global influences from hip-hop to trap and grime. Without a doubt, these are substantial points for the creation of a tropical rum.
