Canada. Vice & Vertu’s Canadian gin BeOrigin wins the gold medal after a short time on the market

The BeOrigin Exclusive Gin from the Quebec distillery Vice & Vertu was recently awarded the gold medal in the category dedicated to gin at the prestigious International Sprits Competition SIP Awards 2018 in California.

In turn, the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the New York International Spirits Competition awarded the gin with the silver medal. For his part, the American Distilling Institute (California) awarded the bronze medal in the International Classic Grain-to-Glass Gin category.

BeOrigin Exclusive Gin was released last fall. It is a certified handcrafted gin produced by the Vice & Vertu distilleries of Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, Quebec. It is a smooth yet rebellious gin that is distilled with an indigenous ingredient that has been attributed medicinal virtues: birch bark.
