Diplomático premieres Single Vintage 2004, a new variety of rum that joins the Prestige Range, which consists of exceptional rums such as the Diplomático Ambassador.

It is worth mentioning that the Single Vintage 2004 is a limited edition that will be available for sale worldwide in a quantity of less than 4,000 nine-litre cases.

This rum is aged in oak caskets during a period of 12 years, which are normally destined to distill whiskey and bourbon. During the last year of distillation, the rum is transferred to Spanish sherry casks to obtain the perfect finish.

During the tasting, the aromas of vanilla, coffee and chocolate stand out. Its taste is balanced and incredibly delicious, with notes of toasted oak and slightly spiced. It ends with a long-lasting and pleasant finish. It is advisable to enjoy neat.
