Soleil Vert created this fresh version of Rupert Holmes’ famous song, “Escape (The Piña Colada Song)”. Enjoy it obviously with a good Piña Colada cocktail 😉
Piña Colada Recipe
60 ml light rum
345 ml of coconut cream
345 ml of pineapple juice
15 ml fresh lime juice
Garnish: pineapple leaf and a fourth piece of pineapple
Add the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a Hurricane or tiki glass over ice. Decorate with the pineapple leaf and slice.
Don’t drink and drive. Enjoy responsibly.
