Zeste Exotique Cocktail
Ingredients
1 vanilla pod
2 cl fresh grapefruit juice
1.5 cl fresh lemon juice
3 cl of vodka
2 cl of triple sec
4.5 cl of Die Jaillance crémant
Type of glass: Highball
Garnish : slice of grapefruit – vanilla pod half
Preparation
Cut a vanilla pod in half lengthwise and remove the pulp from the middle. In a shaker filled with ice cubes, add to the mixture of grapefruit juice, lemon juice, vodka and triple sec and shake vigorously.
Pour the contents into a highball glass (containing 25-30 cl) and add the crémant. Stir lightly with a spoon. Decorate with a quarter slice of grapefruit and half of the vanilla pod.
