The 5 Best Cocktails for this Autumn

The fall is here and the cold weather is arriving along, but that is no excuse to stop having fun. This is why we have 5 classic cocktails recipes you can do at home to keep you going until winter.

Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. bourbon
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 sugar cube
  • club soda

Instructions:

Mix the club soda, sugar cube, and bitters in an old fashioned glass. Add a large ice cube and pour the 2 oz. bourbon. Garnish with an orange slice.

Manhattan

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. rye whiskey
  • 1 oz. Italian vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions:

Stir all the ingredients with smashed ice and strain into a classic cocktail glass.

 

Añejo New Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Casamigos añejo tequila
  • 25 oz. agave nectar
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions:

Include all ingredients in a glass mixer. Add ice and stir for 40 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass and a large ice cube. Finally garnish with an orange peel wrapped around a Luxardo cherry on a skewer.

Glasgow

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. blended Scotch whiskey
  • 1 oz. French vermouth
  • 1 tsp. absinthe
  • 1 dash Peychaud’s bitters

Instructions:

Stir ingredients with cracked ice, then strain into a cocktail glass.

 

 

Don’t drink and drive. Enjoy responsibly.

 

Once Around the Track

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz. Johnnie Walker Black Scotch
  • 1 oz. fresh carrot juice
  • 25 oz. Combier Kummel
  • 5 oz. ginger syrup
  • 5 oz. lemon juice
  • pinch of parsley

Instructions:

Add all ingredients into a mixing tin, then add up the ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with a carrot top, lemon oil, and grated nutmeg.
