Ambrosia cocktail by Pavlos Aslanidis

We introduce Pavlos Aslanidis a bartender from Cyprus, he was Bacardi Legacy finalist 2018 and Beefeater Mixldn 2018 Global finalist. Indeed a great year for him.

Here is his signature recipe.

Ambrosia cocktail

5 ml of Beefeater 24

25 ml oTTo Athens Vermouth

20 ml Chamomile Sherry

Glass: Nick & Nora

Garnish: lightly burnt rosemary

Preparation:

Stir ingredients.
