Midday in Oaxaca, a cocktail by Marco Corallo

Marco Corallo is an Italian bartender. He told us briefly about his career and shared with us his signature cocktail recipe, the Midday in Oaxaca.

I Was born in Italy and moved to Dubai for the first time in 2012. Ever since, I worked in some of the most renown bars and restaurant in the city, before moving in 2014 to London, to take charge as Head Sommelier of the Savoy Hotel. Moved back to the middle east in early 2015. I currently work as Hendricks Bar Manager at Four Seasons Resort Dubai, where I developed a bar program which includes a series of guest bartending visiting Dubai and Hendricks bar team visit other bars around the globe.

Marco Corrallo has participated in prestigious competitions in the world of cocktails and won the 2017-2018 edition of Bacardi Legacy in Dubai.

Midday in Oaxaca, a cocktail by Marco Corallo

Ingredientes:

50 ml Martini Bitter Gran Reserva

30 ml Patrón Reposado

15 ml de Ancho Reyes

2 dash of Saline solution

75 ml of Tepache

Hielo

Preparation:

Pour the ingredients into a shaker. ¡Shake, shake!
