The bar hidden underneath Carboni’s restaurant in Paris offers a cool speakeasy vibe that you’ll have to reach by descending a spiral staircase. It is today one of the best bars in Paris and also, perhaps, one of the smallest. If you like classic Italian cocktails you are in the right place.
Besides the classic Martini, the real gem of the cocktail menu, the Negroni Sbagliato is another triumph; a perfectly balanced and effervescent masterpiece. For those not in the mood for cocktails, excellent house wines are served by the glass.
