The new cognac cocktail bar at Bibendum by Rémy Martin

If you are passing through London, do not hesitate to visit the new cognac cocktail bar at Bibendum, by Rémy Martin, La Maison.

The new bar at Michelin Bibendum was once an ephemeral pop-up bar. Fortunately for our delight, it has become a permanent bar, where the food pairing created by chef Claude Bosi meets the cognac-based cocktail glasses created by Rémy Martin.

Cocktails by Rémy Martin

Royal Sidecar: Rémy 1782 Accord Royal, Cointreau, lemon juice.

Maison Old Fashioned: Rémy Martin XO cognac, salted honey syrup, fig liqueur and bitters.

Baptiste: Rémy, lemon, maple syrup, orange bitter and French cider.

Vagabond: Rémy Martin 1783, Dolin vermouth infused with roses, lemon and grenadine.

Rémy Martin Collins: accompanied by delicious rosemary.

Other cocktails include Cognac and Tonic and Rémy and Rum punch. You can also taste a dry Rémy Martin XO or 1783 with frozen grapes that serve to refresh the drink (and do not dilute).

And to perfectly accompany your cocktails, don’t hesitate to try ravioli with nduja sausage, fried chicken with crab mayonnaise, Petrossian caviar, or oysters from Morecombe Bay.

A divine experience awaits you at the Maison Rémy Martin bar in Bibendum.
