Michael Aquazon is a barman from Pangasinan, Philippines. His passion from travelling has made him become a traveling barman. He has experience working in cruises at Holland America. He admits that while traveling, he loves to try all types of spirits and cocktails and that one of his passions is to mix his cocktails in front of clients just to see how happy he can make them.
Gold Rush Recipe
- 5 oz Pyrat X.O rum
- 5 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- 2 dash of angostura bitters – muddle
- 2 grapefruit cut in 1/8
Mix all the ingredients together and shake. Strain into a rock glass with fresh ice and garnish with an orange slice and cherry on top if desired.
