3 champagne cocktail recipes
We are well acquainted with the famous mimosas, brunch queens, but champagne offers more possibilities for cocktails. We propose you 3 champagne cocktail recipes.
1. Sparkling French Martini
Ingredients
30 ml vodka
15 ml of Chambord
15 ml pineapple juice
Sparkling wine
Garnish
Fresh raspberries or pineapple
Type of glass
Martini glass
Preparation
Add vodka, Chambord and pineapple juice in the shaker. Add a handful of ice. Shake the shaker. Filters everything in a Martini glass. Finish with sparkling wine at the top and decorate with raspberries or pineapple.
2. Arbor Blush
Ingredients
30 ml of Lillet Rose
15 ml of Pisco
Sparkling Rose
Garnish
3 green grapes
Preparation
Muddle the Lillet, Pisco and 3 grapes in the cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously. Filters everything into a champagne flute. Complete with rosé at the top and decorate with grapes.
3. The Clipperton Cocktail
Ingredients
45 ml of Pimms nº1
15 ml lemon juice
15 ml dry vermouth
15 ml raspberry syrup
15 ml of prosecco
Garnish
Mint
Preparation
Add the ingredients – except for the prosecco – in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Filter into a glass of wine on the rocks. Add champagne and decorate with mint.
