This cocktail is structured and presented in three parts. First, we are offered a bottle with a gin potion, labeled “Drink Me”. Second we are offered a glass with cardamom syrup, ginger and Chardonnay, lychee and elderflower liqueurs, apple rose water and lemon juice. Third and last is a piece of dehydrated pineapple leaf, tied to the glass and with an inscription “Eat me”. Just pour the gin into the glass and you will see the drink turn fuchsia. Taste the cocktail, eat the pineapple flower and you will enter another dimension! Count $20 per drink.
