Umamimart celebrates 10 years of friendship with Anders Arhoj with a sake cocktail!

We bring you a sake cocktail recipe by Anders Arhoj made to celebrate the 10 years of friendship with Umamimart!

Umamimart celebrated its 10 years of friendship with Anders Arhoj by creating the Umamimosas with Anders Arhoj x Umami Mart: 10 years of Friendship event last November 13th.

The event was accessible via ZOOM and every participant had the opportunity to create the Umamimosa cocktail, a perfect cocktail for brunch, after buying the Umamimosa Pack and by RSVPing to the event.

Umamimosa sake cocktail

This recipe is a simple 3 to 1 ratio – that’s 3 parts sparkling sake to 1 part yuzu sake. We personally liked the drink on the dry side, but if you want a more citrus-forward cocktail, make it equal parts sparkling sake to yuzu sake. Make sure you drink it in your favorite cocktail glass.

Ingredients

6 oz Kiuchi Awashizuku Sparkling Sake, chilled

2 oz Shibata Black “Yuzu” Sake, chilled

Type of glass: Kimura ASA 004 Cocktail Glass

Method: Add yuzu sake into a glass. Top off with sparkling sake. That’s it!
