Maison Courvoisier – 16200 Charnac-Charente
There is the classic tour and the premium tours up to the brunch (150 euros), in a room of the castle, after having naturally discovered the magnificent wine cellars. Visit from 12 € up to 95 € according to the experience.
Its park, blue fountains, pines and cognacs are a feast for the eyes. It is a place rich in history and where excellent quality products are produced. You can taste the Grand XO during your visit. From 6 €.

You can enjoy a gastronomic experience in the hotel’s restaurant, thanks to Chef Sébastien Broda, in a brasserie that seats 120 people. And to bring more finesse to the tasting, there is a Jazz Bar, the 1838, located in the former cooperage of Monnet. There you will find more than 400 cognac references – naturally in this region! – as well as spirits and champagne. A menu of cocktails, Old Fashioned, sours, martinis and mocktails. And last, do not forget to make a tour of the Guinguet’ rooftop bar for signature cocktails and sushi tastings!
