A new workshop combines champagne and sophrology

Are you stressed ? Do you happen to like champagne? If so, we have a solution to your problems.

Éric Champion, founder of Epicure’s Confidences, has set up a workshop combining sophrology and champagne tasting.

In Oger, Jean Milan champagne producers offer you a “mindful tasting”. But what does it mean?

Nicole Kulhaneck, a sophrologist, starts by putting the participants in a state of relaxation by encouraging them to concentrate on their breathing, for example. Then, the latter are invited to taste champagne, this state allowing them to concentrate on their senses.

Then, they take part in a gourmet walk on the farm and in the village. They have the opportunity to taste local delicacies such as ham and cheese.

According to the participants, this sensory experience is surprising and allows them to rediscover the flavours of champagne.

Count 60 € for a 2h30 session, with 4 to 20 participants.
